in server i am running asterisk 11.4 in a debian 6 box.
it runs with sip trunks from different ISPs and i do have a mix of ip phones and softphones (3cx, xlite).
i would like to set feature code for transfering an extension to a mobile when not available or in voicemail.
i have set voicemail by default, but i would like to users to enable/disable it on demand.
i have cheacked the /etc/asterisk/features.conf but i do not know what to edit.

You won't get this settled using features.conf, which is for in-call features only. Have a look at this example, it uses the Asterisk internal database AstDB.

do you have any other code snipets for asterisk?
especially for DND, asend directly to voicemail

All possible by adapting the code shown in the example. You can do whatever ExecIf or GotoIf can, based on an AstDB query.
