Fixed Line fall back after power failure!

The Fritz!Box requires power to allow fall back on fixed line. Once mains power fails, the user is entirely cut off from telecommunication including the preprogrammed 112 and 999 fixed line dialing rules. This is an obvious design error for which AVM remains silent to respond. Is there a possibility via telnet to default fixed line in case of absence of power.
