Freetz Anrufbeantworter / Fax intern - gelöst

Hallo,
die aktuelle Firmware (All-in-one) für 7170 hat ja bekanntlich AB und internes Fax alles schon eingebaut, funktioniert auch wunderbar. Sowie ich jedoch eine gefreezte Firmware aufspiele (versucht mit trunk 2424, 2469, 2490), ignoriert der AB die Einstellung "Mitteilung aufnehmen" und sagt an, man solle später wieder anrufen. Entsprechend funktioniert auch kein Fax.

Mein Versuch, daß mit der DTMFBox zu umgehen (statt dem internen AB) hat bislang soweit funktioniert, daß Nachrichten aufgenommen werden konnten, aber keine Faxe mehr empfangen werden (außer ich gebe vor, daß alle Anrufe an die Festnetznummer als Fax empfangen werden sollen; dies hat aber den Schönheitsfehler, daß jeder Anrufer sofort das Faxpfeifen hört und so wohl immer auflegt). Was ich auch noch nicht geschafft habe, mit der DTMF-Box entweder eine der integrierten Ansagen oder eine eigene Ansage abzuspielen vor der Nachrichtenaufnahme.

Hat hier jemand Freetz in Verbindung mit dem internen Fax und AB mit Aufnahme zum Laufen bekommen?
Evtl. auch mit dem Speedport W701 statt der 7170?

Hi Robert,

Die dtmfbox arbeitet parallel zum Telefon-Dienst. D.h. ein ankommendes Fax wird nicht als solches erkannt und von der dtmfbox als Gespräch eingeordnet.

Es gibt Fax-Software, welche anhand der Dienstkennung entscheiden kann, ob es sich um einen Anrufer oder ein Fax handelt. Viele Fax-Geräte senden jedoch Faxe mit der Kennung "Sprache". Da wird es schwierig. Ein AB, der vorher prüft, ob ein Pfeifen in der Leitung zu hören ist, könnte das Fax nochmal umleiten - Fax-Weiche sozusagen.

Die Wave-Dateien für die dtmfbox sollten 8khz, 16bit, mono sein.

ich habe das gleiche Problem wie Du mit dem AB und dem Fax.. komischweise ist mein AB von aufnehmen auf ansage im laufendem Betrieb umgesprungen und ich kann ihn auch nicht wieder zurücksetzen. selbst löschen und neueinrichten helfen nicht.

ist der fehler dafür schon lokalisiert bzw gibt es ticket oder lösung ?

Der Fehler ist mir neu. Ein Ticket dazu ist mir auch nicht bekannt.

Hab auch kein passendes Ticket gefunden, wollte aber vorher abklären, ob das Problem nur bei Speedports auftritt oder auch bei Original Fritzboxen.
Wenn ich Eure Signaturen richtig interpretiere, habt Ihr das gleiche Phänomen mit Original Fritzboxen?

@D00mhammer: Ich kenne das so, daß der/die integrierte(n) AB beim Neustart oft komplett verschwindet. Ansonsten ist es so, daß bei Aufruf der Seite des AB zuerst "Mitteilung" angezeigt wird, und nach 1-2 sek. auf "Mitteilung aufnahmen" springt. Nichtsdestotrotz wird die Einstellung "Mitteilung aufnahmen" ignoriert (aus dem Gedächtnis, genauer Wortlaut ist etwas anders, aber Ihr wißt sicher, was gemeint ist).

Hmm also bei mir steht es auf aufnehmen, dann ruf ich an und der AB geht ran und erzhält mir den Text der Funktion "nur Ansage"

im Log taucht dabei folgendes (unter anderem) auf

ich habe angeklickt die Ansagen auf USB zu speichern. Von heut auf morgen ging es nicht mehr ,kein Strom aus oder so.... Ist der Stick kaputt oder woher kommt der lesefehler?

Mir ist nicht ganz klar, ob es am Mounten des USB-Stick liegt oder wo ganz anders.

Hat hier jemand Freetz in Verbindung mit dem internen Fax und AB mit Aufnahme zum Laufen bekommen?
Evtl. auch mit dem Speedport W701 statt der 7170?

läuft seit jeher ohne Problem auf meinem gefreetzten W900V. Hilft dir nun sicherlich nicht wirklich viel ausser das du weisst das es geht.

Deine Meldung paßt IMHO immer noch ins Bild, nach bisherigen Rückmeldungen funktionierts mit USB-Anschluß, ohne USB-Anschluß nicht.
Als Laie kann ich mir vorstellen, daß auch Deine Rückmeldung für die Experten hier hilfreich ist. Selten findet man soviel geballte Kompetenz und Engagement wie hier.

Mittlerweile hat sich rausgestellt, daß es einfach eine Frage des Speichers ist, den man beim Zusammenbau der Firmware frei läßt.
Also, wenn ein Gerät ohne USB-Anschluß verwendet wird, ein paar Pakete weniger installieren, damit genug Speicher frei bleibt. Der freie Platz sowie die ungefähre mögliche Aufnahmezeit werden beim Bauen der Firmware im Terminal angezeigt.
