[Problem] freetz-devel-8865 transmission not starting

I try starting transmission:

'/var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent' doesn't exist. Creating directory.

'/var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent/config' doesn't exist. Creating directory.

'/var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent/download' doesn't exist. Creating directory.

'/var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent/download/incomplete' doesn't exist. Creating directory.

But the directory/var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent/download/incomplete created!

root@fritz:/var/mod/root# ls -l /var/media/ftp/uStor01/bittorrent/download/
drwxr-xr-x    2 bittorre users         4096 Apr  1 10:00 incomplete

I try to start again:

Starting transmission daemon ... failed.

Freetz Trunk? Firmware 05.20? Box? Anything transmission related in the syslog?

Yes,freetz trunk.Base firmware is 84.05.06.Fritzbox 7390 international.Now in log i see this:

mkdir: can't create directory '/*var/': Read-only file system
Starting transmission daemon ... 
'/*var/*media/*ftp/*uStor01' doesn't exist. Creating directory.
failed.

I did not change the permissions on the file system, but only picked up the version freetz.
