Fritz!Box 7270 , mac address need change

Dear friends,
even that i am not so good in German language, i tried 2 days looking how is it possible to change the mac address of the 7270. One friend told me that somewhere in this forum saw an instruction, through Telnet which you could change the Mac address. Any help will be welcome.
Also something last. If the 7270 model with HW139 , what is it , simple 7270 or 7270 V3 ??

Edit:
There are three models of the 7270:
V1: HWR122: This box has only 8mb Flash
V2: HWR139: Same version but with 16mb flash, runs with same firmware as V1
V3: HWR145: New electronik-layout, even with 16mb flash, has its own firmware

First of all , i want to thank you for your reply. As i have read this post , the result is to change the last 2 digits only. I need to change the whole MAC address once , not every time.
If any other idea , please let me now.
