fritz box fon 7140 how to telnet and wan web?
Hi sorry for writing down in English but its the only forum that its the best for help for fritz box fon devices.I have a new fritzbox fon wlan 7140 annexA (pstn) and i would like to do the 2 following things.Could you please help me?

My firmware is

Firmware version 39.04.43

1.I would like to enable telnet
2.To access web interface of fritz from wan (internet)

Follow the link on this post ( mine ) and you should be able to get instructions to achieve your goal.

You need to:
1. enable telnet dialing a code via a phone connected to the Fritz Box
2. set up a new eth interface with a new IP address in your box
3. using the default Fritz web interface setup a port forwarding to the new IP (make sure to set a strong password to avoid anyone to be able to update your router config...)

I enabled telnet on my router and then i added a line in the ar7.cfg file inside fritzbox

" tcp 0.0.0.0:8888 0.0.0.0:80 "

then i saved the file and reboot

After i made a dyndns account and everything works ok!!

I can manage my fritz from wan internet!

mydynds.com:8888

Its very usefull!!
