fritz box fon ata, Durchwahl: disable pin or automatically write by trixbox

i use gsm gate as line on trixbox
calling to my internal trixbox extension

but every time must write pin, this is very angry

any possibility to:
- disable pin needance on fritz
- automatically insert pin by trixbox
