Fritz box fon DHCP Fehler in Holland

Hi

I'm new here and i hope i am in right forum for my problem. First i would like to apologize for using English to present my problem and Not Deutsch.
I am living in Holland and i bought from e bay two Fritz box fon one with firmware Version 06.03.96 and the other is 06.04.15.

My Internet provider here in Holland is athome (cable Internet), my Downstream 1600Kbit/s and Upload 500Kbit/s of course i get Internet using cable modem.

My problem was when i connect cable modem -Fritz box fon- Pc, i could not have Internet in my PC. Then i found this great forum and read all this stuff over Annex A and Annex B and how to configure it.

So i found out may be the problem was because the boxes were both Annex B, then i follow up procedure and change them, now they are Annex A.
But i still can not access Internet or Voip in the boxes, the error message is DHCP FEHLER.

I'm stuck and i don't know what else to do, any help will be much more appreciated.

I hope to receive solution of my problem.Please step by step solution.

Annex A and B only for internal DSL-modem-mode of Fritz!Box. You use an external cablemodem. You must disable the internal DSL-Modem of Fritz!Box, see above link.

There is an english firmware for those boxes, it's version 06.04.24. It's still with the same kernel 2.4 which is used in both firmwares which you have installed now. Maybe a modification to english would help you? (Then don't update to firmware 06.04.30 or newer.)

Configuration for cable internet (not DSL) should be like this. Cable modem connected to LAN-port of Fritz!Box. DSL-port can't be used then.
