fritz! box fon FROM German To English!!

hello

i have spent many hours trying to read the forum but unfortunately i dont speak very well germans so please help me in english if possible.

i have the fritz box fon wlan ARTIKLE NO 2000 1665
Can somebody tell me or TRANSLATE To me the exact procudure to flash it in ENGLISH !!

i have tried to firmware it with several "tar" files that i have found at the forum but i have no luck yet..

please help me !!

i believe this thread it talking about conversion to annex A , i just want to upload the english firmware!

As you can read a little bit german, the following link may be helpful for you:

This software is able to downgrade (if neccessary) your Fritz!Box to a level that will accept english firmwares.

Just check it out and give response within this forum please.

I hope I have been here long enough to be able to welcome you to the forum. I am not aware of the different article numbers so what type of box do you have? i guess you have either a Fritzbox fon wlan (calssic) or Fritzbox fon wlan 7050.

If you have the classic then have a look here. If you have a 7050 and are not a linux wizard then the chances of getting your box to english right now are slim to nil.

You can read this forum in english. Of course the threads will still be in german. If you go to the AVM section of the forum and then do a thread search of keywords like "english" you will get many hits. Also search for your country as there might have been people from your country that have had counrty specific questions.
