FritzBox 7170 with problems on DSL

First of all, I hope that there is no problem to write in english language here.
I have read several thread with help of google translator but, if I translate this to german, might not be correct.

My fritzbox 7170 is annex B by default (I bought used).
With help of a user here, I have access to an aplication that allowed to change to annex A.
Then, I have upgraded my fritzbox with firmware version 58.04.76 (english) annex A but my DSL line goes down often, and some of them it never reconnect.

The log is something like that:

Most times, the message "PPPoE error: Timeout. / Internet connection cleared." occurs until I reconnect DSL cable. After a new synchronization, PPPoE connection happens. Note that the FritzBox doesn't lost synchronization, only internet connection (PPPoE).
Before the log show any error on connection, if I try to ping a host, I have more less 40% of packet loss.

Yesterday, I have found a new firmware version 58.04.78 with some improvements on DSL. I used again the "wonder application" to upgrade firmware and now, the DSL connection goes down more often but, when it happens, is only by 30 seconds because now FritzBox reconnect more easily than older.

After all these details, I think that this isn't normal on a expensive router like this. The default router from ISP (SAPO on Portugal) is D-Link DVA-G3170i and it never lost PPPoE connection.

Meistens wird die Meldung "PPPoE-Fehler: Timeout. / Internet Verbindung beendet." tritt, bis ich DSL-Kabel zu verbinden. Nach einer erneuten Synchronisation geschieht PPPoE-Verbindung. Beachten Sie, dass die FritzBox nicht verloren Synchronisation, nur Internet-Anschluss (PPPoE).
Vor der Anmeldung ein Fehler beim Herstellen der Verbindung zeigen, wenn ich an einen Host-ping versuchen, ich habe mehr weniger 40% Paketverlust.

The DSL driver shown in your screenshot is the right one for AnnexA (1.35.61.10).

Please tell us what "wonder application" did you use to change Annex into A?
Was it "fritz_as_annex_a_kernel_args_newer.tar" ?

Sure. The application is ruKernelTool.
I think I've described everything I've done.
With firmware 58.04.76 (old), when internet connection fails (still synchronized) I had to reconnect (physically) the DSL cable and then, after new synchronize, everything works good for a while.

With firmware 58.04.78, when internet connection fails (more often now), I only have to wait 15 seconds but, again, the line remains synchronized. Just lost PPPoE connection.

Nothing of this happens with ISP D-link router.

Any suggestion?

If you give us such little information, it's hard to help you.
It seems, you are using firm 58.04.xx, which ist the right (and the best) one for FB7170 with annexA.
If synchronisation still fails using firm 58.04.xx, it could be a problem with the ATM parameters. These are VPI and VCI. Frequent values are VPI=0 and VCI=35, but perhaps your provider uses others. Encapsulation is PPPoE, usually, but can be PPPoA/VC-Mux, too.
Find out the ATP parameters your provider asks for and insert them manually into the GUI.

Like I said, synchronization doesn't fail! I only lost connection with ISP.
I have configured my INFO led to "light up when an internet connection is active". When I have problems with internet this LED turns off and the LED "Power/DSL" still remais on.

My VPI/VCI are correct, my ISP uses 0/35 and encapsulation is PPPoE (I also have tried PPPoA LLC and VC-Mux and doesn't work).
