FritzBox 7590 AX2 Bricked

I've got a bricked 7590 AX2 on eBay (1&1 version).
It doesn't start, but Power LED is lid.
In UART I see only following:

ROM VER: 2.1.0
CFG 09
B
.
.
.

In topics from 2022 and earlier I saw "no chance" resume.
I'm wondering if anything has changed in 2024?
Is there any chance to recover boot loader?

Or, if I get another "donor", what could I rip off in order to fix this one?

SOC seems to be dead, perhaps caused by overvoltage on LAN or DSL - look at LAN-Port components ? any burned?
