FritzBox ADSL/POTS cable wiring

Hi,

does anyone know where there is a diagram showing which wires do what on the Y cable used by the FritzBox to connect to the ADSL & Telephone ports.

I cut my cable a few months ago to make it shorter, and now can't remember which pins are used for analogue POTS connections..
