FritzBox and codecs

Can anyone tell me how and where I can see codecs Fritz 7050 use. Specialy if there is any priority and can I see log (telnet) of calls and codecs. Problem is, that my provides start changing codecs and make a huge mess.

Thanks a lot. Helps big time. My ISP has play with codecs. Now they restore previous status and all works fine.
