FTP and FB7270

Hello

is there an easy way to install an ftp daemon on the 7270? i see that ftpd is already there but i cannot seem to configure it so that it will allow me to upload files to the /var/tmp directory.

i know that i can use a USB stick for the mods (openvpn etc) but i would find ftp considerably easier.

unfortunately i do not have a compiler available to compile bftpd or similar. so i'm looking for either a way to use the existing ftp daemon or to install a binary of bftpd or similar

as I don't know what You exactly want to realize, I think a wget command within the debug.cfg should solve Your problems. :noidea:

basically i want to install an ftp server on to the fritzbox. and be able to use the server to address files in the /var/tmp directory

i know i can retrieve files using wget and all the other methods. but what i would like is the ftp server.

bftpd ist a really good choice!
Maybe, www.the-construct.com would be helpful to create an image (this is a german site).

But, as nobody knows what kind of box you are using, create a signature please.
Don't forget to give detailed information of firmware, Annex and language.
