FWD anders als Sipgate oder Nikotel einzurichten?

Hallo,

bei meinem Asterisk läuft Nikotel und Sipgate prima, auch die Ports werden weitergeleitet, es klappt einfach alles. Auf der Suche nach einem Provider, der mich auch 1-800er Nummern anrufen lässt, bin ich auf FWD (Pulver.com) gestossen. Die Einrichtung habe ich wie gewohnt in der sip.conf und extensions.conf gemacht, laut sip show registry ist auch alles ok, ein ausgehender Ruf verbindet mich zwar offensichtlich, aber ich höre nichts. Also habe ich die rtp.conf zwischen Port 7000 und 20000 erweitert, was dann eigentlich reichen sollte. Aber es klappt dennoch nicht. Versuche ich mich über FWD anzurufen, so sehe ich mit sip debug zwar, dass da was reinkommt, aber es kommt gleich eine Stimme, dass der User derzeit nicht verbunden sei, vielleicht klappt das aber zwischen Asterisk-Sipgate-FWD-Asterisk auch einfach nicht so recht.

Ohne jetzt groß hier mit Configfiles zu fluten wollte ich einfach mal fragen, ob die Einrichtung bei FWD irgendwelche Besonderheiten voraussetzt und ob jemand meine Probleme nachvollziehen kann.

Hm, sollte eigentlich ganz normal funktionieren. Um die freecallnummern wählen zu können, musst du bei fwd registriert sein. Es reicht nicht [email protected] zu wählen, das geht nur mit nativen fwd accounts.

Für fwd gibt es Konfigurationsbeispiele auf voip-info.org

Zum testen ist sehr gut der echotest 613 geeignet, du kannst auch deine sipgatenummer mit **777nummer anwählen, wird nur schwierig mit dir selbst zu sprechen ;)

Die Anzahl der ports ist nicht das Problem, sie sollten nur im Router geNATed sein.

Hallo Jo,

danke für die Antwort. Ich habe FWD auf die "8" gelegt, d.h.
ich wähle 8 613 und dann wird verbunden. Ich sende dann auch kräftig raus, was ich im tcpdump sehe, aber es kommt nichts rein. Entweder, FWD nutzt andere RTP-Ports als 7000 bis 20000 oder die Koniguration ist nicht ok.

Wenn ich keine Tomaten auf den Augen habe, dann ist das so eingestellt, wie bei Sipgate oder Nikotel auch. Bis auf die Sprache, die ich nicht höre und dass keine Anrufe eingehen, verhält es sich in den Logs wie die anderen auch, also unauffällig.

Die RTP Ports werden von dem bestimmt, der die Verbindung aufbaut, d.h. fwd richtet sich nach Dir.

In Deiner sip.conf sehe ich kein Register und in der extensions.conf keinen Eintrag für ausgehende Rufe?

Deine fwd nummer wird übrigens mit offline gemeldet, wenn ich sie anrufe und bei sipgate nimmt keiner ab.

Was sagt denn das Log, wenn Du sip debug setzt?
