telnet running but it is disabled in ds mod?

In ds mod the status is running but the automatic start up is disabled?

I made a clean rescue with avm exe. Telnet is not running.
I now udload the ds mod image. Telnet is not running.
Starting telnet first time for config ds mod.
Reboot. Telnet is not running.

Upload my saved var_flash.tar.gz
Reboot – Telnet is now running??

What config file can enable this. Because the status from ds mod web is manually startup, but the service start automatic.

<Yes I know I can start from scratch and enter all information one more time… but if I can solve it in some config file it will be nice>

There is a setting which saves the state for the AVM feature that you can enable telnetd via telephone (the daemon telefon does that). So you just want to disable telnetd by "#96*8*".
