German reseller DID numbers for Aachen ?

What company do offer DID numbers for Aachen for resellers ?
Please help.. I have a company in the Netherlands.

What company is that ? I don't see any real contact gmbh adress. There is
no possibility to order direct from there website ? No price list ?
Don't give a feel of a corporate website. Experience with those people ? Thanks for the information. More info like this ?

Sipgate dont accept reseller DID.(Only hardware resell) Speakup dont have Aachen DID numbers. Lot of German DID number providers, But not specially for Aachen.
German law did change. You also need to live in the place where you're number is. So basically i need a reseller account to create Aachen numbers.
Hard to find a provider. Looks like mission impossible... you can reply in German i understand very good, but cant write German ...
