Handy mit SIP bzw. IAX Client

Hallo,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Handy welches eine SIP bzw. IAX Funktion besitzt.
Mir ist derzeit nur das Nokia E51 bekannt.
Skype bietet eine Software für Tablet Handys an, gibt es soetwas auch für SIP/IAX?
