I managed to get everything working on my fritz!box. Interesting that ich/deltathree required me to enter the outbound proxy and all the other providers didnt need it neither does ich need it on the sipura.
Anyway i have a problem that whenever I hangup the phone it takes about 40sec for the other side to disconnect.
