How i Utilize any CRM for Call out via Fritz Box?

Call out = some like in FBF Call List, but i need some like this = customer write via web page (any CRM) any phone number and your request and i call back to customer...

pls any link for HowTos?

Do you really mean 'any' CRM? All of them? Or just one of them? Then which one?
Some need a TAPI interface, like this one. AVM provides a TAPI interface.
