how to access to transmission from the internet?

I have 7390 with transmission.
I have also dyndns service for my box, which i use to access my box from the internet,
but i cant understand how to connect to my transmission

You must use the AVM-Firewall Interface to forward the port for Transmission and in Transmission web interface you must set up the right IP range.

but i dont have any AVN-Firewall feature in the freetz menus
