I’m having trouble with my IP phone setup when connected through my internet router.

Hi team,
My IP phone is not working correctly when connected through my internet router. It frequently loses connection or having signal probiem, not possible to make calls also . I've checked the basic network settings and router, but the issue repeats. pls share any tips to solve my problem.
