[Problem] Ignoring call to '55543164' on span 2. Its not in the MSN list: msn=_4316X,_108185Z

Hello !
43164 is the main msn at our span 2, which is triggered over vdsl.
Some extern participants do successfully connect to the extension and the phone-call is normal, ie with my smartphone as extern participant.
SOME other extern participants cannot connect to the extension, but can connect to other msn in my msn-realm.
And that is the problem ! Some extern participants can make a telephone call on that specific MSN, others can not.
But they can call other MSN.

This is what asterisk -rvvvvvvv stats in that case:

(span 1 "is" my old isdn btw)

Ideas ? My idea is, maybe it has something to do with codexes or so, but that is due to my unknowingness.
I already tried to alter the msn-list inside my chan_dahdi.conf, this is my former:

but that didnt solve the problem. Therefore I think the prob is not inside the MSN-list.
