Hallo,

ich habe hier ein Polycom IP6000.

Ich kann leider keinerlei Konfig speichern, weder über das Gerät noch über die Web-Oberfläche. Nach dem Reboot ist alles wieder weg.

Ich kann aber die Firmware und den Bootloder flashen. Das macht mich stutzig. Ich habe schon diverse Bootloader und SIP-Firmware geflasht. Immer das gleiche Problem.

Sorry, neu hier und gleich eine Frage, aber das Ding macht mich verrrückt. Ich kann bei dem Fehlerbild nicht an einen Hardware-Fehler glauben.

Vielleicht hat einer eine Idee ...

Wieso Config speichern? Das Telefon lädt sich die aktuellen Einstellungen und Firmware nach jeden Neustart per FTP neu. Die getätigten Einstellungen werden standardmässig überschrieben...
 
Du solltest auf deinem FTP server 2 dateien haben, einmal mac-vom-phone-app.log und mac-vom-phone-boot.log.

Aenderungen an der Configuration ueber die Weboberflaeche bzw. Telefon werden dann aber wieder zum FTP Server uebertragen.

Welche SIP Version hast du denn auf dem Telefon?

Haeng doch mal diese Files hier ran und dann koennen wir ja schauen
 
Danke für die Antwort, vielleicht drücke ich mich nicht richtig aus!

Ich stelle z.B. über das Web-Interface die Daten für meine TK-Anlage ein und nach einen "submit" startet das Telefon neu und nach dem Boot ist alles ist weg.

Ich habe verschiedene Browser ausprobiert, auch verschiedenen Umgebungen. Das Teil merkt sich nichts.

Es ist das zweite Polycom 6000 IP das ich an in dem Netz in Betrieb nehmen will. Es soll an einer DeTeWe OpenCom 130 laufen. Das erste tut dies nach ein paar Experimenten in der Konfiguration ganz gut.

TFTP ist immer so eine Sache,

kannst du mal FTP testen ?

z.B. Filezilla haben einen guten FTP server, TFTP kann Probleme mit append haben und daher eventuell die Konfiguration wieder ueberschreiben.

Am besten eine saubere Installation mit FTP und die 3.1.2

Habe heute erst damit gespielt und war kein Problem (Cisco Call Manager 5.1 als SIP Device)
 
Ich habe es schon versucht, ich komme aber mit FTP nicht auf das Gerät, ode auch hier stelle ich mich zu dumm an.

Hi,

lies mal hier weil ich dort schon einmal erklaert habe wie man den FTP einsetzt.

Beispiel ist auf einer Windows Maschine.

Lade dir die 3.1.2 Firmware herunter und entpacke sie in ein leeres Verzeichnis (damit da nichts drin ist was von vorher stammt)
Lade dir den Filezilla Server herunter
Installiere den Server
Fuege einen Benutzer hinzu und gebe das Verzeichnis an wohin du die 3.1.2 entpackt hast
Gib diesem Nutzer die Lese/Schreib/Loesch und hinzufuegen (append) Rechte
Setze deine Windows Firewall (falls du diese nutzt) damit diese den Traffic zum Filezilla Server zulaesst.
Klicke auf start
Klicke auf ausfueheren
Tippe CMD und dann druecke return
Tippe ftp:127.0.0.1
Gib deinen Benutzernamen ein den du fuer den User in Filezilla gewaehlt hast
Gib deinen Passwort ein den du fuer den User in Filezilla gewaehlt hast

Wenn dies alles funktioniert schreibe Quit und druecke return

Du solltest nun im Fenster von Filezilla sehen koennen das ein User sich eingeloggt hatte.

Dann einfach beim Telefon als Server FTP und die IP addresse des PC's (nicht 127.0.0.1 !!) und natuerlich Benutzername & Passwort eintragen und das Telefon neustarten
