Is any way to monitor Wlan throughput?

Is any way to monitor Wlan throughput on my 7390?

By telnet and any command or shell script based on any counters? Or some like "Online Monitor" for DSL interface?

I need monitor (throughput, not data for wireshark) actual traffic LAN<->WLAN...

I have knowledge for use shell scripts in FBF, not problem deal with command line.
I have stock firmware (not freetz).
