JustVoip start tarif

Hi all

just a heads-up:

I noticed that the page of JustVoip (which I have been using for the last 8 months or so, I was just contemplating moving to 12Voip) has a mention of a 5 ct start tarif for phone (SIP) calls.

At the bottom of the page in the rates calculator: http://www.justvoip.com/en/index.html

This is new to me. And in fact, when I check my account, it is not (yet) enforced. But I guess it may be.
Mind you, it is not yet on the bottom of the http://www.justvoip.com/en/calling-rates.html page.
