Konferenzen auf Asterisk 1.6 ohne Meetme?

Hi!
Kann man unter Asteriks 1.6 Konferenzen verwirklichen ohne Meetme zu nutzen? Mein Asterisk 1.6 läuft auf einem vServer. app_conference habe ich nicht installiert bekommen.

Theoretisch ab Asterisk 1.6.2: Es gibt dann eine neue Application ConfBridge, die ohne dahdi-Treiber funktionieren soll.
Da die 1.6.2 jedoch noch Beta ist, wird es schwierig werden, jemanden zu finden, der damit schon Erfahrungen hat.

Hier mal ein Zitat des Entwicklers dazu:

ConfBridge is a conferencing application that uses a new internal architecture
for developers. The application
itself is basically a user of the architecture and provides some additional
outside capabilities like an IVR menu,
join/leave sounds, etc. The actual mixing is done underneath in the
architecture's core by a separate Asterisk module.

I originally wrote ConfBridge as a test application of the architecture but in
the end it just made sense to
continue development on it and make it available as many individuals wanted a
conferencing application that did not
require DAHDI and it was simple to maintain.

If you would like to give it a test it is already available in 1.6.2 and the
documentation for it available by
typing "core show application ConfBridge".

Dann warte ich einfach bis asterisk 1.6.2 stable ist.

Ich nutze schon seit einigen Monaten Asterisk 1.6.2.0-rc2 ohne Probleme.
Aber auf irgendwelche Erfahrungen bzgl. ConfBridge warte ich auch. Der Befehl "core show application ConfBridge" bringt leider nichts.

ConfBridge([confno][,[options][,pin]]): Enters the user into a specified ConfBridge conference

ConfBridge is an application for Asterisk starting with the 1.6.2.* series. ConfBridge is very similar in features to MeetMe, but unlike MeetMe, ConfBridge does not perform audio mixing using DAHDI. Instead, audio mixing is performed within the internals of Asterisk.

The option string may contain zero or more of the following characters:

* 'a' — Set admin mode
* 'A' — Set marked mode
* 'c' — Announce user(s) count on joining a conference.
* 'm' — Set initially muted.
* 'M' — Enable music on hold when the conference has a single caller. Optionally, specify a musiconhold class to use. If one is not provided, it will use the channel's currently set music class, or 'default'
* '1' — Do not play message when first person enters
* 's' — Present menu (user or admin) when '*' is received (send to menu)
* 'w' — Wait until the marked user enters the conference

Es gibt noch http://sourceforge.net/projects/appkonference/. Läuft mit Asterisk 1.6.1.11 prima.

ConfBridge

Hallo zusammen,

was für Probleme habt ihr mit der Anwendung ConfBridge?
Läuft auf dem vServer ohne Problem.
Das einzig unbequeme ist, dass die Konferenz nicht geschloßen wird, wenn der Konferenz-Organisator (KO) auflegt.
Aber für alles kann man immer eine Lösung finden.
Jetzt sogar kann KO entscheiden, ob die Konferenz geschloßen werden soll oder die Leute weiter sprechen lassen.

Hallo zusammen ich versuche einen konferenz auf zu bauen aber keine erfolg so wie ich gelesen habe mit dem Asterisk 1.6.2.0-rc2 soll richtig laufen kannst du mir sagen ob ich asterisk updaten kann oder muss ich neu installieren

wollte nur mal kurz feedback geben.
Habe app_confbridge mit asterisk 1.6.2.2 erfolgreich am laufen

Man sollte nur darauf achten, die join/leave sounds explizit mit anzugeben, denn sonst bekommt man nicht mit, wenn sich jemand einwählt.
Und wer will das schon
