Matrixtunnel with AES-encryption, is it possible?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to encrypt the webif connection. I got to work with matrixtunnel. However, when I try to connect with firefox or opera it always chooses RC4 as its cipher. Considering RC4 isn't as secure as AES I tried to force firefox to use AES by blocking everything but AES in "about:config", but all I get is a blank page.

So here for my question: is it possible to use matrixtunnel with AES? Am I forgetting something or doing something wrong?

I can't say anything about matrixtunnel but you might consider using xrelayd instead. I'm using xrelayd on my freetz fritzbox, configuration is similiar to matrixtunnel, it comes with a tiny web configuration interface, and last but not least, AES works out of the box (cf. attachment).

Thanks for your suggestion. I recompiled Freetz with xrelayd and it works great, and it uses AES by default. Thanks!
