mISDN dss1

I'm a french student and I have a problem with mISDN :

# /etc/init.d/misdn-init start

....
MGR_REGLAYER | REQUEST: ret(0)
mISDN dss1 fromup without proc pr=10180 dinfo(0)
release instance class dev inst-40000104
MISDN free_device: entitylist not empty

If you solved this problem, I will know the solution please.
