[Frage] Phonebook abfragen, findet nichts

Hallo,
wollte heute mit 411 das Phonebook vom Telefon abfragen, leider findet er nicht einmal die Internen Teilnehmer. Gebe ich die ersten 3 Buchstaben am Telefon ein, wird mir immer gesagt das es kein Eintrag gibt.
Hat jemand ein Tip ?

Gut, dass es ihm einer mal sagt. Ob es hilft.....
 
Ich gebe mir ja Mühe...aber manchmal weiss man nicht so richtig wie man es schreiben soll und dann kommt manchmal so ein zeugs raus. Versuche mich aber zu bessern.

Ich wusste nicht so recht was noch an Infos benötigt werden, Ich habe Elastix 1.6 mit Asterisk 1.4 am laufen. In dem Webfrontend habe ich ein Menue Punkt für Phonebook, darin stehen die Extensions drinne und man auch auch externe Ziele per Hand Hinzufügen.
