phonebook on asterisk

i am looking for a solution to make it work on my * to have a phonebook.
in another machine i do have freepbx and it has a phonebook where you add number & name and when this numbers call's in, my phone (ordinary analogue) it shows the name and the number, and the trunk coming from.
is it possible to have something like that in * with fritz?
the non modified fritz it has that function but i do not know how to use is with *.

you can f.ex. store it in asterisk database

Dear waldoo. thanks a lot for your reply. the thing is that i've lost it over there. could you give me an example when my mobile is 789456123 and my name is vortex. how do i edit the configuration?

add entry:

in my dial command i have:
exten => s,n,Set(CALLERID(name)=${IF(${DB_EXISTS(cidname/${CALLERID(num)})}?${DB(cidname/${CALLERID(num)})}:${CALLERID(name)})})
exten => s,n,Noop(${CALLERID})
exten => s,n,Dial.....

output on my gigaset sip dect phone:

testnumber
