Problem mit Fritzcard bei ausgehenden Calls

Hallo,

habe folgendes Problem mit der Trixbox:
Habe Trixbox mit dieser Anleitung http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/showthread.php?t=104130 installiert und es funktioniert für eingehende anrufe.

Beim wählen einer Telnummer hingegen kommt immer die Sprachmeldung"All Circuits are Busy now!" und es kommen folgende Meldungen im Debug.

2). Ist es auch möglich die Sprachmeldungen von Asterisk in Deutsch umzustellen? Wie zB die Meldung: "All Circuits are Busy now!"
