problem mit queues bei der trixbox

    Hallo,

    wenn ein anruf rein kommt und von einem agent angenommen wird, fällt der zweite anrufer nach einer kurz zeit von ca. 30 sek. raus. der anrufer bekommt noch die ansage das der agent besetzt ist und er soll es später noch mal versuchen.

    Hallo,

    Ich habe leider selber noch keine Löschung gefunden und würde mich freuen, wenn mir hier jemand helfen würde.

    Ich habe hier versucht den Fehler noch mal zu beschreiben.

    Das Problem was ich habe ist das, wenn in einer Queue nur ein Agent ist und zwei Calls rein kommen bekommt einer der beiden Anrufer die Ansage das er es später noch ein mal versuchen soll. Nach dem er den Text gehört hat kommt er ein Hangup und fällt aus der Leitung. Eigentlich müsste der Anrufende zurück in die Queue um auf den Agent bis er frei wird. Nur weiß ich leider nicht wo ich das ein stellen kann.
