Question about IP phone V 1.42

I have problem when I config my IP Phone.
When I login to manager. I can't see Protocol Setting ( in telnet, Palmtool, or Phone is not show too).
You can see in this image:
In My Phone:

But correct settings is:

. I can't chance settings in Protocol Settings.
Anybody know this problem, plz help me.
And show me how can I reset all my system IP Phone.

When you login to the phone-config, you need to enter the superpassword, then you will be able to chnage the protocol settings.

If you only use the normal password, then you won't see the protocol settings, and so you can't change them.
