Sangoma B700 / A200 clock sync für Fax

Hallo Community!

Ich habe hier einen Asterisk mit ner Sangoma B700 und ner A200 stehen und habe Probleme mit dem Faxempfang / -versand. Wenn ich die Logfiles richtig interpretiere, wird das Taktsignal nicht vom ISDN übernommen sondern kommt vom internen Oszillator der B700. Damit macht natürlich auch das Fax Probleme.

Erst mal die Eckdaten des Systems:
Asterisk 1.6.2 SVN r261739
Wanpipe 3.5.11
1x Sangoma B700 FW v35 (4x So an NTBA (Anlagenanschluss), 2x analog zum Fax)
1x Sangoma A200 FW v13 (4x analog zum Fax)
Das entsprechende Sync-Kabel steckt zwischen den Karten.

Grundsätzlich funktionieren ein- und ausgehende Verbindungen, bei der Faxübertragung kommt es allerdings zu Übertragungsfehlern / -abbrüchen. Die Probleme treten natürlich erst auf, nach dem die Kiste produktiv verwendet wird. Ich muss kurz erwähnen, dass das mein erster (produktiver) Asterisk-Server ist. Linux-Erfahrung ist aber grundsätzlich vorhanden. Der Dialplan ist auch kein Problem, bis auf die Faxproblematik und ein paar Kinderkrankheiten tut die Kiste was sie soll.

Die Probleme im Detail:
wanpipe1-4 sind die ISDN-Ports, wanpipe5 = 2x analog (B700), wanpipe6 = 4x analog (A200)
Wenn ich wanpipe1 per 'wanrouter start wanpipe1' hochfahre darf ich in /var/log/messages 'wanpipe1: Module=1 Port=1: using 512khz from PLL' lesen. Das heißt doch, dass der interne Oszillator und nicht der Takt vom ISDN übernommen wird, oder?

Meinem Verständnis nach sollte man mit 'TE_CLOCK = NORMAL' einstellen können, dass der Takt vom ISDN übernommen wird. Allerdings zeigt das keine Wirkung. Ist wohl auch per Default so gesetzt. Ich habe u.a. noch mit folgenden Einstellungen die ich verstreut im Sangoma-Wiki, den Samples und sonstwo im Netz gefunden habe in verschiedenen Kombinationen experimentiert:

Hat da jemand den rettenden Tip oder eine funktionierende Konfiguration, in die er mal reinschauen könnte?

Zusatzfrage:
Sollen sich alle vier ISDN-Ports mit der ISDN-Clock synchronisieren oder nur wanpipe1 und wanpipe1-3 den Takt von wanpipe1 übernehmen?

Die analogen Ports machen auch irgendwie Zicken:
Mit 'FE_NETWORK_SYNC = YES' (so stehts im Config-File) und / oder 'RM_NETWORK_SYNC = YES' (laut Sangoma-Wiki) sollen die analogen Karten den Takt übernehmen. Bei der A200 (wanpipe6) scheint das auch der Fall zu sein:

Nun hängt wanpipe5 ja auch nicht am Sync-Kabel sondern ist Teil der B700-Platine. Muss ich da überhaupt etwas aktivieren? Wenn ja: wie?

Desweiteren gibt es beim Starten der analogen Ports in /var/log/messages irgendwelche Warnungen / Fehler (fett markiert) im Zusammenhang mit DAHDI, die ich im Moment nicht einordnen kann:

Ist das ein 'normaler Fehler' oder muss ich mir da gedanken machen?

Ach ja: In unregelmäßigen Abständen (mehrere Minuten bis Stunden) taucht im Logfile die Meldung 'wanec1: The H100 slave has lost its framing on the bus!' auf. Heißt das irgendetwas sinnvolles?

Fragen über Fragen und irgendwie keine ordentliche / vollständige / aktuelle Dokumentation in Sicht......

Bin über jede Hilfe dankbar.

Ich möchte es mal nicht Lösung nennen, aber irgendwas habe ich wohl gemacht, mit dem es am Ende funktionierte. Zumindest ruft mich mein Kunde nicht mehr zwei bis fünmal am Tag an, dass die Faxe nicht funktionieren.

Ich muss jetzt erst mal dringend ins Bett, ich hoffe, ich schaffe es morgen zwischen Arbeit und Weihnachtsfeier (Komasaufen :bier: :kotz:) mal die aktuelle Konfiguration zu posten.

Hardware und Softwareversionen sind unverändert wie in meinem ersten Posting.

Die Fehlermeldung 'wanec1: The H100 slave has lost its framing on the bus!' ist jetzt weg, genauso unregelmäßig (20-60 mal am Tag) taucht dafür die Meldung 'wanpipe1: Warning failed to enable front end ... retry 5!' im Log auf.

Ich lasse den Server jetzt per crontab jede Nacht um 4:30 neu starten (shutdown -r), gefühlsmäßig reduzierte das die erbosten Kundenanrufe. Des weiteren wird einmal minütlich getestet, ob der Asterisk-Prozess noch da ist und ggf. per /etc/init.d/asterisk neu gestartet. Zwischenzeitlich hatte der sich ein paar mal mit irgendwelchen Runtime-Errors verabschiedet.....

Ich hoffe, das hilft irgendwie weiter. Wenn noch mehr Info nötig, einfach bescheid sagen.

Ich kämpfe mit dem, schon 1 Jahr herum, jetzt wirds entlich Zeit das es funktioniert.
