nach einem fehlgeschlagenen Firmware über das LAN ich keine Verbindung zu meinem Sinus w500v serielle Konsole und sehen, diese Informationen auf einem Monitor. Was muss ich tun, helfen

Laut screenshot in der Word-Datei ist wohl Russisch seine Landessprache.
Sein Windows XP mit WGA Tray ist auch Russisch.

This was no good idea - when flashing a different firmware that ckeckbox always has to be enabled (settings need to be cleared because they may be incompatible to the new firmware).

So you want to chance your Box to Annex A?
There is a manual about changing a FritzBox 7170 from German firmware with Annex B to English Firmware with Annex A: "«Льем» FritzBox 7170 из любой прошивки в английскую прошивку 58.04.82 с аннексом А". Maybe this helps you in restoring your Sinus W500V (the needed firmware is different, but the general steps in flashing are the same).
