Hi.

I want to access my Fritz(7050) from outside with SSH, but how to make the forwarding?
Yes it look like simple stuff but it’s not.

In normally manner I will use the www interface on the Fritz, but in this case the SSH ip is inside the Fritz and identically with the Fritz ip!

I have a setup running configured with 2 Fritz. The first Fritz make a normally port forwarding to the second Fritz(DropBear-SSHd)

But I want to run only with one Fritz?

How to make it working?

Hints…

Hi.
There is a package for dsmod called virtual ip. This gives you a virtual ip (e.g. 192.168.178.253). And you then can make your forwarding in the webinterface.

Hi.
Thanks for the hint!

An alternative (better) solution is to edit /var/flash/ar7.cfg . But you should edit this file only using nvi, nnano or nmcedit.

Best regards,

Hi
Hm.. I know the file but how to make the forwarding without a IP-addr?

Example:
Code:
[I] "tcp 0.0.0.0:22 0.0.0.0:22 0 # PuTTy"
