Hi Experts,
If I try to start the RADVD process, my 7270v3 crashes and reboot.
After the reboot finish RADVD is running normally.
Also after a normal reboot or power cycle RADVD is running normally.
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# /etc/init.d/rc.radvd stop
Stopping radvd ... done.
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# logread -f &
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# /etc/init.d/rc.radvd start
Starting radvd ...
<at this point I see from the LED's that the router initiate an reboot>
This looks to be caused by the enabling IPv6 forwarding step:
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# /etc/init.d/rc.radvd stop
Stopping radvd ... done.
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/forwarding
0
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# logread -f &
root@fritz:/var/mod/root# echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/forwarding
root@fritz:/var/mod/root#
<again at this point I see from the LED's that the router initiate an reboot>
I'm using Firmware-Version 74.04.90freetz-1.2 on my 7270v3, with AICCU, RADVD, NDAS, Net-SNMP, Dropbear, Dnsmasq (not used yet), Ntfs-3g, Samba, Inadyn packages selected.
In menuconfig I have selected the 'Show advanced options' and 'Enable IPv6 support'.
Is this a known issue, and is there a solution/workaround to solve this?
