Hallo,

ich habe jetzt auf die Trixbox 2.0 umgestellt. Leider ging spontan das Fax nicht.
Ursache: rxfax.so fehlt in /usr/lib/asterisk/modules

habe also mal probehalber einfach die rxfax.so von der Trixbox 1.1 genommen. Und siehe da: es geht!

Habe der Einfachheit halber mal die Datei beigelegt. Es werden auch andere über das Problem stolpern.

Zu früh gefreut :(

Spawn extension (from-pstn, XXXXXXX, 6) exited non-zero on 'Zap/2-1' -- Hungup 'Zap/2-1'

So die Fehlermeldung :(

Noch jemand eine Idee, wie ich 2.0 beibringen kann Faxe zu empfangen?

komisch ..habe gerade bei meiner installation geschaut, da ist die datei drinnen..hab den faxempfang allerdings noch nicht probiert.

kann ich noch mehr aus dem Log sehen. Diese eine Zeile ist nicht sehr aussagekräftig.

Hast Du die extensions_custom.conf erweitert um
[custom-faxin]
exten => fax,1,Goto(ext-fax,in_fax,1)

Und dann bei den Inbound Routes eingegeben?
Bei mir sieht ein erfolgreiches Protokoll so aus:

Hallöchen,

nein, ich kämpfe leider immernoch. :(

Nachdem ich jetzt nun die extensions_custom.conf in der extensions.conf eingebunden habe, eine Inbound Route eingefügt habe erscheint folgendes:

-- Extension 'XXXXXXX' in context 'from-zaptel' from 'xxxxxxxxx' doesn't exist.
Rejecting call on channel 0/2, span 1

Hilft das etwas weiter?

Wie sehen denn Deine Config-Dateien an den entsprechenden Stellen aus?

Gib Dir doch bitte auch mal eine aussagekräüftige Signatur, damit wir sehen, welches System in welcher Umgebung Du einsetzt.
 
OK, Signatur ist bearbeitet :)

Einziger Eintrag in der extensions_custom.conf:

[custom-faxin]
exten => fax,1,Goto(ext-fax,in_fax,1)
Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Alle anderen Einstellungen wurden nur über FreePBX gemacht.

1. Inboind Route mit entsprechender Rufnummer zugefügt.
2. Faxempfang: System, NVFax, 6 Sekunden nach Antwort.

In meiner extensions_conf steht bereits folgendes zum Thema Fax:
[from-pstn]
include => from-pstn-custom
include => ext-did-direct
include =>ext-did
include =>from-did-direct
exten => fax,1,Goto(ext-fax,in_fax,1)
Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Bei Bedarf kann ich Dir gerne mal einen SSH Zugang geben.
Ich bin schon echt am verzweifeln damit.

OK, die obige Fehlermeldung tritt dann auf, wenn ich die extensions_custom.conf einbinde. Dann funktioniert nichts mehr :(

Also wieder entfernt.

Damit stehe ich leider wieder am Anfang :(

Schick Dir doch mal ein Fax auf die Trixbox und poste mal den relevanten Teil aus dem Protokoll von der Asterisk CLI oder dem Teil aus /var/log/asterisk/full.
Also bitte das Protokoll für den gesamten Faxempfang vom eingehenden Anruf bis zum Abbruch und nicht nur eine Zeile.

Sonst kommen wir da nicht weiter.

Das kann ja auch nicht gehen. Solange Du bei den Inbound Routes nicht sagst, dass er die Faxroutine ansprechen soll, wird Asterisk den Call wie einen normalen Call behandeln.
 
Habe ich doch gemacht?

In Inbound Routes habe ich die Nummer angelegt und folgende Faxeinstellungen:

Fax Nebenstele: System
Fax Email: Meine Mailadresse
Fax Detection Type: NVFax
Pause nach Antwort 6

Deswegen verzweifel ich ja. Ich wüsste nicht, wo ich etwas noch ändern sollte. Ich habe bereits mehrmals Trixbox neu aufgespielt...
 
Ich habe es endlioch geschafft...

Ich musste die vorhandene zapata.conf gegen die zapata.BRI-HFC.conf ersetzen.
Anschliessend in der Inbound Route den Faxempfang von NVFax auf Zaptel umstellen und die Faxe flutschen nur so :)

Was mich ein bisschen wundert ist die Tatsache das da was von "No application 'rxfax' for extension (macro-faxreceive, s, 3)" steht.
Hat irgendwer von Euch ne Idee was ich da machen kann???

hab mal die app_rxfax.so ins modules verzeichnis kopiert....!!
wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil!! :-Ö

hmmm... hab jetzt ma alles was hier in dem thread drinn steht durchprobiert. aber bei mir krieg ich das nicht auf die reihe. irgendwie bin ich wohl zu blöde dafür.

oder hat jemand noch ne idee, was ich probieren kann?

achja... sind die rechte für die app_rxfax richtig gesetzt?

was für rechte muss ich dem geben? hast du mir vielleicht gerade den chmod befehl (linux newbie... sry)
 
ich war einfach mal so dreist und hab volle rechte für alle auf die app_rxfax.so gegeben... ist wahrscheinlich nicht wirklich nötig aber ich hatte auch keine große lust noch rumzuprobieren... ;)

versuchs mal mit

chmod 777 app_rxfax.so

dann einfach man den * neustarten... danach gings bei mir...
hast du sonst alles bei inbound-routes und genell settings eingerichtet? sendmail auch eingerichtet?
