Hi!
International prefix (353) is replaced with national prefix (0) in an inbound route field “CallerID Number” using a following formula: 0${CALLERID(num):3}
Once an incoming call comes from a SIP provider, goes thru the inbound route of the PBX,
on the screen of the extension phone (GRP2612P) a caller’s number is shown with 353 prefix in big writting and with 0 prefix in small writting. In a similar way the number is shown in call history on the phone.
As I understand, because CallerID(name) has bigger priority than CallerID(num) inside the phone.
How to make the phone show only the CallerID(num) [as defined in the above formula] or set CallerID(name) = CallerID(num) on PBX/phone?
Thanks
