Unlocking FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN (UI)

I am not sure I can write here in english, if not remove it please.

I received FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN (UI) (blue color) from friend from GE. Unfortunatelly this one i blocked by provider and there is only 80 and 5060 port open on it and I can do nothing with it connecting it behind my nat router. Using VoIP I can make a phone calls but noone is able to call me back. Is it any possibility to unlock it and install english firmaware and have a telnet access? At the moment there is German Firmware-Version 08.04.27 installed on it.

You can get rid of the UI (United Internet, Iund1, GMX) branding, check out The Construct.
Via that method youi can also enable telnet, but I'd recommend SSH/dropbear.
Telnet can also get enable via phone, "#96*7*" to switch it on and "#96*8*" to switch it off again.

There is an english FW version available, check ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/fritzbox.fon_wlan/firmware/english/

Telnet works now with the code you gave me.

This is a router my friend received from ISP signing the conntract. How can I recognize annex of my router? There is nothing written on it. I have tried to install a new (eng) firmaware before but no luck.

It most probably is Annex B, as that's what we use in Germany, exclusivly.
Instead of installing a FW Update (in english) you might need to Recover, check the recovery programs on ftp://ftp.avm.de/fritz.box/fritzbox.fon_wlan/x_misc/english/

Not sure whether you'd need to re-brand (to avme in this case) prior to that.
