UPC and old telephone

I beg your pardon for the OT, but maybe there is someone who can help me.
I live in Austria and I have a UPC telephone connection.
I would like to buy on ebay an old telephone W48 ('50).
Do you know if I can use it with my telephone line?
I tried to write them an email, but I'm still waiting for the answer.
