Verbindungsprobleme des Motorola-Modems (Error 4961)

Moin,

seid gestern Abend brach die Internetverbindung ständig zusammen. Die Telefonleitung benutzen wir noch nicht, vielleicht funktionierte diese weiterhin.
Heute Morgen habe ich das Modem (Motorola SURFboard SBV5121E) per USB und später auch nur übers Netzwerk über die Adresse http://192.168.100.1 angesprochen. Der Benutzername lautet natürlich "Admin", das Passwort ist nur "Motorola".
Eben habe ich mir die Logs, das Signal und die Hardwareeigenschaften angesehen:

Hier solltest Du einfach die Hotline des Kabel-Anbieters anrufen und einen Fehler melden. Das klingt nach einem Problem, das Du nicht selbst beseitigen kannst.

Ich werde mich bei denen mal melden. Momentan kann ich deren Webseite weder anpingen noch besuchen (www.kabeldeutschland.de).
Der Anschluss ist erst neu, knapp ein Monat.

dein modem hat den schlüssel nicht um den downstream zu entschlüsseln:

aber gut zu wissen, dass kd auf BPI+/DOCSIS 1.1...2.0 hochgegangen ist, danke

oder der demodulator/frontend is futsch oder der hausverstärker, geht dvb-c tv?
dass analog geht sagt nix, das ging hier auch mal mit kaputtem hausverstärker.
