voipalot sip server not reachable

Hi,
My fritz box shows connected to voipalot service but when I dial a number then in events log I receive error server not reachable and phone get busy tone. I have also tried ping to sip.voipalot.com and it is not reachable.

ping to sip.voipalot.com is still not working but calls are working now(don't know how?).
