mtd4: 00040000 00020000 "tffs (2)"

i think, how i look here and read (backup) these content?

From a shell your could simple try to use "dd to backup the content. A small look in the wiki should help you, too.

yes this is not problem (backup by dd), but how i depack these partitions (look into filesystem, not raw data disk) - is any way?

Mount partition in other system etc?
