[Problem] Fritzbox 7320 just blink once and then no light

I have a Fritzbox 7320, and been working fine for 8 years. Suddenly today I noticed when I power it on, there is no light other than an all light blink for the first second as I power it on. After that none of the lights are on. Is this a known problem ? Is the 5V power adapter, the culprit?
