7140 and 7170 usb driver

Hi all!

as seen in another post (http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/showthread.php?t=157634) i just need smth that could let me use my 7140 usb port as in the new 7170 usb driver

can i directly upload 7170 firmware to my 7140? (in my opinion no...but maybe, as they're egual....)

is there any other hack?

until now there is no way to get the remote usb software from the 7170 on the 7140 working.
and you can't flash the 7170 firm into the 7140.
