[Problem] Always busy when not registered from home (since a couple of months)

Since may be a couple of months, I cannot call any more 1&1 Voip numbers when I amo regegistered from a SIP client
from outside my home DSL connection.

Before I was using regularly a 1&1 Voip number registering from Italy (or using eyebeam from anywhere in the world).

Since (probably) acouple of months, I can still make calls without problems.
But if I try to call this number I get a busy tone.

The FritxBox rings, but I cannot answer and I get this report:

10.08.12 19:10:42 Internettelefonie mit +393356910340 über 1und1-5.sip.mgc.voip.telefonica.de:5060 war nicht erfolgreich. Ursache: Busy Here (486)

The eyebeam client simply does nothing.

It seems that something changed recently with 1&1.
Any idea?
