I already tried to go back a few trunk revisions, but I cannot get the AVM WebIF to work again :-(

I believe this is the cause:

Code:
root@fritz:/var/media/ftp/uData# ctlmgr -f -v
ctlmgr: 2012-05-20 12:04:36(1) [Segmentation fault] /usr/bin/avm/ctlmgr(7188) CRASHED at (null)+0x2aabecb4 (/lib/libctlmgr.so at 00000cb4) accessing 00000000 (?)

but I don't know how to fix it.

I am using a 7270v2 international with 54.05.06-freetz-devel-9085.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Do you use the preload library for ctlmgr? If so, try without. If that helps, you could experiment with the different options for that library.

I have no idea what a preload library for ctlmgr is, so I guess not, but maybe I use something like that not knowing.

If you like you can answer in German (I can read it quite good, but it is better if I write English ;-) )

Thanks for your answer!

Edit: maybe the problem is libctlmgr_WITH_STRUCT_V3 ?

Edit #2: I guess you mean ticket #1648 ?

I am trying without these patches in a minute ...

I'm relatively sure that 54.05.06 only has STRUCT_V2.

Without

- Disable multid's DNS
- Disable multid's DHCP

is works again.

Edit: too fast: it doesn't work :-(

I'm relatively sure that 54.05.06 only has STRUCT_V2.

Then this might need a fix.
Just let me know if testing is needed.

The settings for multid should affect only multid, not ctlmgr.

You can try to start ctlmgr with /usr/bin/avm/ctlmgr. Be aware that it wil overwrite your /etc/passwd.

If you have libctlmgr_WITH_STRUCT_V3 at the moment, try libctlmgr_WITH_STRUCT_V2.

/usr/bin/avm/ctlmgr works

I will try with libctlmgr_WITH_STRUCT_V2 and report back.
I already quick fixed Config.in.has_avm and compiled, but I have to wait until I can reboot the box ...

Thanks, Oliver, I will try it in a minute and report if the patch works.

In any case I can confirm that libctlmgr_WITH_STRUCT_V3 is the problem.

Edit: patch works for me, thanks!
