CCME in Österreich an ISDN Anschluss (BRI)

Hallo Community,

Ich hab in Österreich einen CCME mit 4x BRI Interfaces an ISDN am laufen.
In Österreich ist aber das Problem, dass über ISDN nur die Durchwahlen mitgesendet werden. Also keine Nummer (wie in Deutschland üblich).

Wie muss ich hier die Dial-Peers aufbauen?
Ich hab jetzt als Amtsvorwahl eine "9" deklariert, was aber störend ist.

Ich bin einfach mal neugierig. Wie kann ich mir das vorstellen?
Mach dochmal mit "ausgedachten" Nummern ein Beispiel.

Am Besten ein eingehender Call und ein ausgehender.

Bitte jeweils mit Calling und Called Number auf beiden Seiten.

klaro hier ein Beispiel:

Ich hab eine Festnetznummer "0463 123123" mit dieser rufe ich auf dem ISDN Anschluss des CCME an "04242 333333". Ich hab nun keine Durchwahl angegeben. Es kommt am CCME folgendes an:
CALLER_ID=0463123123
CALLED_ID=

Nun wähle ich die Durchwahl "0" dazu, also "04242 333333 0". Es kommt am CCME nun folgendes an:
CALLER_ID=0463123123
CALLED_ID=0

Wenn ich dann die Durchwahl "12" nehme, also "04242 333333 12", kommt am CCME folgendes an:
CALLER_ID=0463123123
CALLED_ID=12

So das waren alles "ANNKOMMENDE" Anrufe, also aus dem Festnetz an den CCME. Nun ein Beispiel wenn ich von VoIP Telefonen ins Festnetz wähle.
Ich hab den VoIP Apparat "30" der die "0664 338866" anruft. Dies sieht am CCME folgend aus:
CALLER_ID=33
CALLED_ID=0664338866

Da ich aber für Ausgehende Anrufe eine "Amtsvorwahl" angeben muss (ist meistens "0") hab ich jetzt hier ein Problem. Es gibt nämlich eine eingehnde Durchwahl "0" welche in den meisten Fällen auf einen VoIP Apparat im Sekretariat oder ähnl. weitergeleitet wird.
Wie kann und soll der Callmanager nun entscheiden ob von aussen eine "0" kommt oder von Innen jemand eine "0" als Amtsvorwahl gewählt hat?

Ich steh hier irgendwie am Schlauch!

Also den incomming call sehe ich erst mal als unkritisch.

Ich schneide da sowieso bei der eingehenden Nummer immer den alles bis auf die Nebenstelle ab:

In deinem Fall also etwas so (wenn den die ganze Nummer ankommt):


0424233333312

Somit bleibt auch hier nur die Nebenstelle übrig. Das könntest du dir also sparen:

ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number "nur die Nebenstelle" hier also die 12
name Name
huntstop channel

...

Mit der Null mache ich auch anders.

Ich suche mir eine Nebenstelle aus auf der die Gespräche für die Null ankommen sollen.

z.b. 30
und mache dann inbound translation rule

rule 1 /^042423333330/ /30/

bzw in deinem Fall:

rule 1 /^0/ /30/

Jop ich hab aber das Problem, dass keine ganze Nummer ankommt, sondern nur die Durchwahl.

Das hab ich nicht!
In Deutschland bekommt man die ganze Nummer mitgesendet, in Österreich nicht. grrr
Hab schon mit Telekom-Austria telefoniert, fehlanzeige dieses Feature ist in Österreich so und lässt sich nicht umkonfigurieren!

Ich verstehe dein Problem nicht.
Wo ist denn der Unterschied ob die ganze Nummer kommt und ich dann alles extra bis auf die Durchwahl abschneide oder ob ich mir den Schritt sparen kann und gleich die Durchwahl ankommt ????

Ich hatte das alles konfiguriert, dann ging aber das Raus-Telefonieren nicht mehr! Zumindest nicht mit der Amtsvorwahl "0" mit "9" geht's jetzt.

Ich weiss nicht wie ich die Dial-Peers da konfigurieren soll für ein- und ausgehende ANrufe!

Kannst du mir hier einen Tip geben?

Hallo,

hab ich schon probiert, fällt jetzt schwer, da dieses produktiv ist!
Ich hab damals dann raustelefonieren können, aber ich konnte nicht auf die Durchwahl "0" reintelefonieren!

Den Debug hab ich jetzt nicht, ich werde mal in der Nacht die Config umstellen und den Debug erzeugen!

Nein definitiv nicht, aber eben eine Rule, für eingehende Anrufe die "0" Durchwahl übersetzt in
die 11.

Er meinte damit sollte es in Österreich mit "0" als Amtsvorwahl und auch einer "0" Durchwahl problemlos funktionieren.

Jop stammt aus einem CCME der über SIP an die Aussenwelt angebunden war.
Ich hab nur POTS, deshalb muss ich das noch umbiegen, hab wiegesagt die config einfach mal so übernommen und gepostet.

Dass da die Namen der Rules zu ändern sind ist klar ;-)
